    Founder & CEO

    Hello, and welcome to BellaVida Tek. My name is Deidrea Kiesling and I am the Founder of BellaVida Tek. I have an MBA and Masters in Information Systems and over 20 years experience in Management and IT consultant and I have spent the past 15 years in HR Technology.
    I was a Senior Professional Services consultant at SAP America for 5 years, where I implemented SAP SuccessFactors. As part of my role at SAP, I provided delivery assurance & QA oversight to various SAP implementation partners/projects. In this role, I was involved in numerous large scale and not so large scale SAP SuccessFactors projects. I have my Professional SAP SuccessFactors Certification in 4 modules which include Compensation, Variable Pay, Employee Central and Performance & Goals.
    I decided to leave SAP and become an independent consultant. I wanted to get away from all the bureaucracy and find a better way to implement the technology that I was so passionate about.
    After a few years of "being independent", it is now time for me to launch BellaVida Tek.
    At BellaVida Tek, our mission is to implement SAP SuccessFactors with a People First approach for our clients, employees and ultimately for the end users of the software.
    We Begin with the End in mind for all of our projects. We do this by being proactive and leading the way for our clients. We provide client specific, targeted deliverables and templates as a starting point for each new project.

    We know that the one of the most critical and often overlooked, phases of any SAP SuccessFactors project is the post-go live support. From Day 1 of your project with BellaVida Tek, we are providing learning and guidance along the project journey using the latest trends in technology and micro-learning utilizing our internal video library of just in time training, tips and project guidance/overview to get you and your organization for the post-go live experience including support, maintenance, training and change management.
    With both wide and deep, SAP SuccessFactors project experience, we leverage all of the lessons learned from our team, to deliver the best options and most efficient project journey possible so that your organization will be well prepared for the ongoing activities for your new system(s).
